Good role of the swimmer Benito Pastor in the autonomy of his category

The child swimmer, Benito Pastor, from the Club Natación del Real Club Náutico Dénia, comes from doing a good job in the regional championship of his category that took place in the 50-meter pool of Sedavi.

The Dianense attended this appointment after having achieved four minimum marks. In the Valencian pool he swam the 200 free meters in a time of 2'13 "04. In the 50 free meters ended with a record of 27 "51.

On the second day, he swam the 400 free meter, a test in which speed is combined with the background. Benito Pastor managed to keep all the partials and finished the test with a mark of 4'45 "87. He finished the championship swimming the 100 free meters where he finished with a time of 59 "25.

This appointment was for the Dianense swimmer of 16 years the end of a brilliant season in which he has not had it easy, having to combine his studies of 4º of ESO with daily workouts.

The swimmers of the Dénia Swimming Club continue training, both children and Masters, going every afternoon with their trainers to the beach of Marineta Casiana, where they carry out their training for the next open water tests.
