Good role of dianenses Triathlon in Gandia Beach

A group of Dianenses triathletes were participating in the 7th Gandía Beach Triathlon, playing a good role in the Sprint Triathlon race. The winner of the test was Ander Okamika with a total time of 1: 01: 14, the second was his teammate, Mikel Ugarte and the third was Mikel Mugica, all of them from AntxinTxika Servima.

A test that had a first segment of 750 meters of swimming where the Dianense Sergio Alberola of Ondara Tri-Esport stood out since he made a time of 9 minutes and 53 seconds, that is far from the head of the test that was dominated by a group of Basque triathletes who set a hellish pace for the vast majority of competitors.

In this first segment, another Dianense, Víctor Contri set a time of 12 minutes 13 seconds, a little further behind were the Dianenses, Carmen Medina and Ana Terencio who did a time of 12 minutes and 41 seconds.

After passing through the zone box, they took their bikes to meet a plot of 21.500 meters. Alberola clocked 35 53 minutes and seconds, Contri 36: 58 41 while Medina made: 55 44 and Terence: 37.

In the last segment footrace over a distance of 5.000 meters, Sergio Alberola performed a great time to stop the clock at 18: 12. The total time of this triathlete at the end of the test was 1 hour, 5 38 minutes and seconds. The Dianense since 19 finished in the overall standings, third in the category V1.

Victor Contri performed a partial 19 minutes 31 seconds in the last segment and total time was 1 hours, minutes 11 11 seconds being 104 general. For its part, Carmen Medina did in the partial footrace time 24: 09, so his total time was 1 hour, 22 minutes 3 seconds remaining in the position 18 general women and third in V1 category.

Ana Terencio made time in the last segment of 29: 42 and total time to complete the test was 1: 31: 48 being the second category of V2.
