Good end of season for the local rider
Emilio Irigoyen, a Dianense athlete based in Marina de Dénia, took third place in the drawer in the general classification of the Elite Master (athletes between 40 and 49 years old) and managed to take a hard-fought 8th position in the General Elite at end of the 2019 season of the Mediterranean Circuit of SUP Race.
The CMS is a circuit that begins in March and ends in November composed of a set of Paddle Surf regattas that covers from Castellón to Murcia and where the modalities vary from technical regattas with several turns of buoys to routes of 15 km in long distance. In 2019 they scored the 7 best tests of each athlete.
Emilio is part of the Leclercq SUP Team regional team and by 2020 will again be supported by the important SUP and KITESURF F-One and Manera (Spain) material and accessories brands.
