City Council and Consellería want to build a shopping center in Mollet d'Espanya

Edificios bajos en calles que inviten al paseo y que permitan disfrutar del entorno. Así será el centro comercial y de ocio que Ayuntamiento y Conselleria proyectan para construir en el Mollet d’Espanya «muy enfocado al ocio familiar».

The mayor of Dénia, Ana Kringe, traveled to Valencia to meet with the general director of Transport and Logistics of the Department of Infrastructure, Carlos Eleno, to start the process of creating this shopping center.

At the meeting, both parties agreed to carry out a study that establishes the guidelines for the concession of the shopping center, the allocated area and the economic aspects of the concession.
