Dénia Ayuntamiento reduced 2,5 million debt payment to suppliers

The Councilor for Finance in the Dénia City Council, Paco Roselló, reported last week in the finance information commission of the pending debt with suppliers and average payment period corresponding to the first quarter of 2017.

At the end of the first quarter of 2017, the outstanding debt to suppliers experienced a decline and stood at 2.099.227,51 euros. According to Rossello himself, "Since the beginning of the legislature we have been able to reduce this debt by more than 2,5 million euros, going from the 5.032.408,75 euros pending payment at the end of the second quarter of 2015 to just over 2 million today".

Also, the average payment period has decreased: in the second quarter of 2015 38,46 days era and today is 21,21 days.
