This is how one of the great projects of Dénia progresses for next year
Next autumn Dénia could conclude the work on the Torrecremada house, thus finally having its own university campus so that hundreds of students can receive their training in the city.
During this week, as announced by the Dénia City Council through its social networks, the formwork of the slabs and the concreting of the pillars on the ground floor of this historic building that stands in the heart of the Torrecremada park is being finalized. . In addition, in this publication the council has confirmed that the precision is to finish the project during the second half of 2023, in autumn.
The works of the future university campus of Dénia began in December 2021, already a year ago, and have a budget of €2.379.485, co-financed by the Dénia City Council and the Department of Universities of the Generalitat.
