Ana Kringe is committed to being the mayor of all citizens

Ana Kringe has been invested this morning as mayor of Dénia after the vote of the elected councilors. Kringe has obtained 11 votes that allow him to continue in the government thanks to the support of the councilors of Center Unificat, who have formally expressed their support.

After promising the position, the 21 councilors that form the consistory have proceeded to the vote and, once realized the count, already mayor Ana Kringe has sworn its position like mayor and has imposed the badges to its companions in the City council.

The spokesmen of each municipal group have had the opportunity to express themselves in the turn of speech, and all of them have agreed on the need for dialogue and collaboration for projects to move forward. Vicent Grimalt, of the PSOE, has shown his party's support for government projects "as long as it is governed for all citizens, and without partisan interests."

Pepa Font, on the other hand, stressed that, although they support the most voted party, they do not offer them a "blank check", being always vigilant so that citizens' demands are met, demanding with maximum rigor the supramunicipal institutions everything that corresponds to the city.

In her first speech as mayor elected, Ana Kringe has expressed her desire to be the mayor of all citizens and continue with the work that occupies them. He stressed that they will continue to fight to bring the train to Denia and the great commitment to the sea front, which next to the Teatro la Nau will be key in the coming years. Kringe has also announced the creation of the Mayor's Council, as well as his intention to listen to all citizens in an austerity legislature.
