25 July 2018 - 17: 11

Former patients of the IDental clinics, who allegedly cheated hundreds of people across the country, call for an association in Dénia and Marina Alta, in order to defend their rights after what happened in this chain of dental clinics .

Around a dozen people would be affected only in Dénia. The first step they recommend is "submit the claim for the ultimate purpose of bringing future common actions", for which they refer the affected to the Municipal Consumer Information Office (OMIC), located on the ground floor of the City Council.

From there, an action protocol has been established to deal with the claims presented by those affected. In addition, the first to denounce the facts have met both with the mayor, Vicent Grimalt, and with the councilman of the OMIC, Alex Rodenkirchen, who have shown their support to the claimants.

However, apart from the presentation of the claim, the affected group appeals to the possible affected in other populations of the Marina Alta to make their relevant claims in the consumption offices of their populations. They also make an appeal to be able to become an association of those affected by the Marina Alta. To get in touch with the rest of affected people, they can be directed by email to:

The network of IDental clinics, with branches throughout the country, closed last spring without prior notice. After its sudden closure many irregularities have been discovered and there are now hundreds of people who have denounced the facts. The clinics offered dental treatments with discounts of up to 80%.
