Through examples and anecdotes, Dr. spoke about the main challenges facing us humans throughout our life, analyzing one by one the steps which we live in order to get the best out of ourselves.
Rojas Doctor recommended, inter alia, «marcarse objetivos muy concretos y medibles, ver siempre el lado positivo de todo y modelar una voluntad de hierro, fuerte, consistente y pétrea».
After the conference, Dr. Rojas answered audience questions and discussion about sexuality, responsibility of parents in children's education, happiness and resilience opened.
