According to the councilman of Culture, Raúl García de la Reina, tanto los trabajadores como los usuarios están muy contentos con las nuevas prestaciones. Se ampliaron las mesas, el número de ordenadores, los horarios y sobre todo la comodidad. Llúcia Signes, directora de la Biblioteca, explica que al principio «hubo una avalancha de público y se hicieron muchos carnets nuevos.»
