The Denia Basketball added a tight and important victory to defeat CB Innova Alicante by 69 to 66. Vessanes school students invited
We must applaud the initiative that has taken the board of the Dénia Basketball Club presided by Marisa Cervera, to invite the students of the schools of the municipality to witness the games of the first team. The first ones who had the opportunity to experience the excitement of a basketball match were the students of the Les Vessanes school, whose presence and that of their relatives made the Joan Fuster pavilion register a great atmosphere.
From the Dianense club it is sought to show the schoolchildren of the population and their families the sport of the basket by making them participants and protagonists on the playing field of how they live a senior category match of the club in their city.
Twenty-five players from the School League teams took to the court to play in the time-out and rest, they were invited to have a snack and at the end of the match a photograph was taken of the field with the members of the Autonomic team of Dénia Básquet in an afternoon that will surely take to forget.
