As in the other two previous editions, the members of the UMMA Mountaineering Club have successfully completed the challenge of uniting the most significant mountains in the Marina Alta. There were 150 kilometers of travel with a positive difference of 7.000 meters in which they demonstrated their physical strength.
Despite the forecast of rain, the riders faced the challenge with optimism and met the schedules of each of the sections. Participants took the exit from the train station to address Calp top of the Serra d'Oltà and then go to BèrniaAfter reaching the summit a short break and continue the march towards Serra Ferrer.
The adventure continued into the early hours by the Coll de Rates and Carrascar of Parcent. They saw dawn at the crossroads of Cocoll and from there they marched to the top of the Aixorta. Ahead of them remained, Foradà, Cavall Verd, Castell d'Aixa and the top of It montgó.
In this edition the components of the initial expedition left Calp were; Marco Perry, Santiago Sánchez, Germán Cuartero, Tony HerreraPere Ivars, Rafael Abott, Pep Signes, Sergio Aranda, Pedro Martinez and Manolo Signes.
All who participated in this feat were very pleased to have had the opportunity to share experiences throughout the tour. They enjoyed a beautiful mountain scenery regardless of any classification.
