65 young people enjoy the 4th Athletics Campus organized by the Baleària Diànium Club
During the month of July, the 4th Athletics Campus organized by the Balearia Diànium Athletics Club took place on the athletics track of the Dénia Municipal Sports Center facilities, with the collaboration of the Dénia Department of Sports. They have been three very complete weeks, very well used and fun in which a total of 65 children have participated.
Muchos de los alumnos ya formaban parte de la EMA Dénia – CA Baleària Diànium durante la temporada 2021-2022, pero otros de los participantes se han iniciado por primera vez en el atletismo durante estas jornadas.
The day to day of the Campus has been very entertaining for the boys and girls since a great variety of activities have been carried out, among them: hurdle races and learning the technique of crossing the fence, learning the technique of the different throwing, highly varied coordination work, high jumps and pole vaults, long jumps and triple jumps, block and speed starts, resistance circuits, relay races, etc., and in this way, they have been able to learn the basic technique of all the specialties of athletics and experience from very close the essence of this sport so complete and varied.
