El Gran Ballet Argentino de Córdoba, Inserted among the most important choreographic formations in the country with a history of 53 years of uninterrupted activity. It was founded in 1963, and since then has been dedicated to the dissemination of Argentine music and dances, touring the country to raise awareness of the roots and the human landscape of their land.
Once consolidated in their own country and having received numerous awards were launched from 1984, to travel the world, experience that nurtured them and reaffirmed their raison d'etre. Each of the regions of its vast territory, with its unique characteristics, are represented in their shows: The customs, the most typical features, distinctive gestures, refined technique and theatrical play merge to result in a ballet with identity and color, strength and expressiveness, skill and style.
To date, the Gran Ballet Argentino registers 35 International Tours, which have allowed him to show aspects of Argentine culture, repeatedly touring France, Switzerland, Poland, Peru, Brazil, Canada, USA, Portugal, Spain, Belgium, Holland, Germany, Panama, Puerto Rico, Slovenia , Malaysia, Italy, Chile and Paraguay.
