The president of the Generalitat Valenciana, Ximo Puig, will be in Dénia today to chair the meeting of the Consell de Turisme to be held at 11 in the morning at the city's CDT.
The meeting of the Consell de Turisme is held the week prior to the celebration of FITUR, the International Tourism Fair to be held at IFEMA (Madrid) from 20 to 24 in January, and for the first time after the recognition of Dénia as Creative City of the Gastronomy of UNESCO.
Before presiding over the meeting, the President will visit the City Hall of Dénia, where he will be received by the mayor, Vicent GrimaltAnd members of the municipal corporation. Ximo Puig signed the book of honor of the city and meet with the spokespersons of the municipal groups in the city.
