Make Dianense talent visible, theaters, dance and a flashmob: This will be the Young Cultural Week of Dénia

Art, theater, muralism, workshops, games and a 'flashmob' will be the main activities of the Young Cultural Week presented today by the Dénia City Council. As a result of the ideas contributed by the participants in the I Youth Forum, launched last March, the program of the Young Cultural Week that will take place, in different municipal spaces, between October 2 and 11, has taken shape. .

The proposals are varied and will be very focused on culture and art, also urban, with the aim of offering the youth of Dénia from the age of 14 a complete leisure alternative and attending the preferences of this age group.

Juan Sapena, Councilor for Youth, who presented the program at a press conference today, explained that one of the main concerns expressed by the Youth Forum is that "in Dénia we have many talented young people and their work is not visible." "We have collected this glove and we have programmed activities with the collaboration of these young artists from the city."

The Regional Theater School will give a workshop on the 3rd, while the Young Art Room will be open to drawings and illustrations by Joan Siscar and Cristian Cosmai, from October 4 to 21.

On the 6th and 7th there will be more theater, awareness and dialogue with the performances "No more 'bullyng'" and "Sexualize yourself". In addition, the Youth building will once again become the canvas for two new muralists and on October 11 a poetry workshop will be held by 'All the lies of the world', in the Library of Dénia.

Cultural initiatives that are combined in the extensive program with a games space open to Dénia Youth on October 2 and 3, with video games, table football, billiards, 3D simulation dark circles, among others, an 'escape room', on the 10th , urban dance workshops, 'zumba', 'free style' and 'graffiti' and the recording of a 'Flashmob' in the Plaza del Consell, on the afternoon of October 8.
