21 December 2018 - 19: 08

The Hemodialysis team Hospital de Dénia has joined the national initiative #HemodialisisBaila whose objective is to humanize and offer a higher quality of stay to chronic kidney patients, who spend an average of 4 hours a day, 3 days a week in the Hemodialysis Unit.

Nurses, assistants, support staff and nephrologists from Dénia Hospital have joined this project, led in Spain by the Virgen de las Nieves University Hospital of Granada, which, in turn, collects the witness of Brazil with its initiative #ChallengeDoNordeste.

#HemodialisisBaila aims to give visibility to hemodialysis therapy, kidney disease and the health / patient relationship. In addition, the campaign that can be followed in social networks during the month of December, will measure the impact of physical exercise, understood in a playful way, in the treated patients.

# HemodialysisBaila will be the starting motor and motivation to work together at the national level. And why not, a recognition to all, patients and professionals who care in the Hemodialysis rooms.
