The November 25 commemorates the International Day Against Gender Violence, and for this the Department of Equality of the City of Dénia has convened the VI Commemorative Poster Contest from this date.
The contest, focused on young people from 13 and 16 years of Dénia, La Xara and Jesús Pobre, hopes to reap the success of the last edition, when more than 70 posters were presented.
A maximum of two posters per person can be presented, and the works must be original and have not obtained any prize or accésit previously. The delivery deadline will be open from 25 to 29 in October in the educational centers of the participants.
The 8 of November will be known the winning poster that will illustrate the International Day against Gender Violence this year and the names of the winners, who will get a Netbook (first prize) and a digital camera (second prize).
The November 22 will celebrate the awards ceremony and a sample will be inaugurated with the participating posters that can be visited at the Municipal House of Culture until the November 26.
