One of the most historical claims of the city, the rail link with the region of La Safor, becomes topical these days thanks to the initiative of a dianenses neighbors. In recent days have opened a page on the social network Facebook "to unite and work as much as possible for the central government to pay attention to us."
The first action of this platform has been create a petition on the website Change.org in requesting the Ministry of Public Works building this infrastructure alleging that "The lack of train disrupts our daily life and the high cost of fuel and tolls leaves us incommunicado."
From the platform say "It is not conceivable that other cities in Spain have an AVE that they do not use and we will have to settle for a bus line or a tourist trenet that takes 4 hours to reach Alicante".
In just one week of existence, the site has added more than 1120 'I like it' and seeks to reach the 200 signatures in the petition made to the Ministry of Development.
