Urbaser joins in "cleaning up" society from gender violence

The company in charge of urban cleaning in Dénia, Urbaser, has joined the commemorative events of November's 25, International Day Against Gender Violence, with the aim of cleaning our society of gender violence.

In all the centers of Urbaser have been placed on the tables of the offices posters of the desktop where the message is read Clean point of gender violence. Posters have also been placed in all the offices, premises, ecoparks and mobile ecoparks where the image of a company worker who symbolically is sweeping all sexist and negative behavior towards women is observed; there is also a garbage truck that is emptying a container in which these same behaviors appear and, finally, the transfer of all these harmful behaviors to the treatment plant against gender violence is appreciated.

In Dénia, in addition, all the vehicles and sweeping cars show a sign alluding to the campaign, with the message of "Zero tolerance" and the phone number for victims, the 016.

The campaign, which began on 21 in November and will continue until the end of the month, was presented by the delegate of Urbaser in Dénia, José Vicente Saura, in the presence of the mayor, Vicent Grimalt, the Councilor for Equality, Elisabet Cardona and the Councilor for Environment and Climate Change, Josep Crespo.
