UNED Dénia celebrates the Makers and New Technologies university extension course

From February 23 to 25, the university extension course "Makers and New Technologies" will take place at UNED Dénia.

This theme brings us closer to the "maker" cultural movement to know how they have been and are their implications in society and at the same time introduce us to some of their basic tools that they use based on "open source" code and introduction to the use of printers 3D.
It is intended for people with technological concerns with concerns to learn new current concepts of a whole movement that also aims to install its philosophy in the classroom and in our daily lives.

This activity is related to objectives 9 and 12 of the United Nations Development Goals. The SDGs are 17 goals and 169 targets agreed by world leaders and proclaimed by the UN to end poverty, protect the planet and ensure prosperity for all.

The Course Director is Esther Puig Riera, lawyer and tutor at the Center Associated to the UNED in Dénia.

University extension courses can be followed online or in person, live or delayed, and are open to all audiences upon registration.
On March 10 and 11, the course "THE IMPACT OF COVID ON MENTAL HEALTH: DISORDERS OF ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION" will also take place.
