A week of events to commemorate the International Women's Day

With the celebration of International Women's Day next March 8 close, the Department of Equal Dénia has been supported by women's associations matria, Diyafa, Women in Business and Xarxa of Gifts of the Marina Alta, The Ministry of Justice and Social Welfare, the center associated of UNED in Dénia, Cine Club Pessic and photography studio Pelut i Pelat to prepare an interesting week full of events.

Friday March 2 the exhibition will open Stories of womenBy Manuel López in the photo studio Pelut i Pelat.

Thursday March 8 be held at City Hall the act of the International Women's Day. Parallel to these activities, the center associated of UNED in Dénia has organized the free course The reconciliation of work and family life: a future in common, which is taught in three sessions (the 25 in February and the 3 and 10 in March) of four teaching hours each.

Activities this year are again illustrated by a work of graphic art workshop of Classrooms for the Elderly. A total of twelve designs were submitted and chose the poster created by students Adela Tarnawiecki and Olga Duxans.
