A Dutch developer will invest 30 million in the construction of luxury homes for Nordic retired in Dénia

With an enviable climate all year round and surroundings that are far from the landscape of northern Europe, Dénia is one of the destinations preferred by the citizens of northern Europe for retirement. With this premise, the Dutch company Habidrome, and the Spanish company Vista Azul SA, have announced the construction in Dénia of a complex of 140 adapted luxury homes for people over 55 years in the area of ​​Camí dels Lladres, known as C1.

This private initiative was presented this week at the Marriott Hotel, where its promoters announced an investment of 30 million euros in the construction of this complex, which has the support of Ivace (Valencian Institute of Business Competitiveness).

Currently the developers are in talks with the owners of the 12.000 square meters in which the construction is planned and with whom they will meet shortly to finalize the details of the operation. And is that the forecast is to start building these homes at the end of the year.

Under this name will be built a complex of five heights with views to the sea and the Montgo that will have a pool 200 meters, a rooftop social club and the main feature of a permanent home health care service in their mother tongue 24 hours of the day.

The homes are designed to fit the needs of users, even with reduced mobility, with the possibility of making modifications to meet the requirements required by buyers.

Landscaped grounds, non-slip floors, garage and adapted bathrooms are other facilities that will count with this complex destined to the retirement of North European citizens in our city.
