At 12:21 p.m. this afternoon, the rescue began, by firefighters, of a 46-year-old woman in the Montgo. Apparently, the hiker has suffered a fall during the route, on the path down the Montgó at the height of the Pare Pere hermitage, hitting her head.
Because of the blow, the woman has been dizzy, so the Alpha 1 helicopter has come for the rescue together with the specialized mountain rescue group of the firefighters consortium. The wound has been transferred to the Dénia fire station and from there to the hospital for a more exhaustive examination, although he was already conscious.
