From Dénia to Figueres. It is the route that have realized the 36 pieces jugueteras that both the Toy Museum Of Denia and the Friendship Association of the Joguet have lent to the Museum of the Toy of Catalonia to be shown in the temporary exhibition of the 8 museum from May to the 13 of July.
The president of the Amics del Joguet Association of Dénia, Maite Carrió, explained that they have sent toys that chronologically represent the Dianense toy story, which will be accompanied by a video in which the majority of manufacturers in the city will be represented.
Of the 36 pieces that have been shipped, 6 are part of the permanent exhibition of the Toy Museum, among which are a vespa and a scooter from the Sahuquillo factory, a car from Simó or a fire engine from La Llauca. The other pieces belong to the funds of the Association, and are smaller toys that also represent what was the toy industry of the city.
