Today seems not to end in terms of events. A new traffic accident has required a huge deployment of emergency services in Dénia, at times paralyzing the circulation of the Les Planes road.
Several ambulances, firefighters and the Local Police have headed this afternoon to the Les Planes road to attend an alarming accident. The vehicle involved, occupied by two people, has ended up completely turned after overturning in the center of the busy road that joins Xàbia with Dénia.
According to police sources, the vehicle would have suffered a mechanical failure that prevented the driver from braking, so she tried to stop it by hitting the wall to avoid rushing down the dangerous road.
Despite the shocking image, the passenger and the driver have been slightly injured, the latter having had to be released by firefighters.
