On the 6 of the morning of Sunday a tugboat of the shipping company was sinking in the port of Dénia Baleària docked in the port, Oceano 15, without causing personal injuries but pouring into the sea 1.000 liters of diesel.
After learning of the incident, members of the company, Fire and Civil Guard collaborated in the work of refloating, aided by two cranes and establishing a protective barrier to prevent fuel leakage. Early in the afternoon the boat was removed and after six was transferred to the shipyards of the port.
The tug had a length of 13,5 meters long and the night before was tied normally, although everything seems to point to the poor state of the vessel due to corrosion and suffering that could have caused a hole.
