The young Oscar, just 11 years old, has undertaken an exciting challenge to raise funds for the Occupational Center and Day Center of La Xara.
Last Saturday, August 15, he launched his feat that consists of traveling 300 kilometers from León to Santiago de Compostela. A route that has more merit, if possible, taking into account the young age of its protagonist.
Although he will not do it alone, since he will always have the company of his mother Niamh who, in this way, will support her son's challenge. "It has given us the opportunity to put our differences of opinion aside and join forces as a community in a positive way."says his proud mother.
The important thing is that, with this challenge, they seek to encourage people to make small contributions at www.helpofdenia.com in order to build a Sensory Garden for the Day and Occupational Center of La Xara. This center offers nearly 60 people with special needs a safe and productive environment to spend the day.
