August 21 from 2019 - 13: 57

The youth team of Levante UD, which plays in the Division of Honor, was the luxury guest for the presentation of the new sports project of the CD Dénia. The Levantinists were imposed by 0 to 1 with a fortune goal, so they took the Pascual Marti Trophy to their showcases.

The president of Levante UD, Quico Catalán, presided over this pre-season clash, accompanied by his father, Pedro, who witnessed the meeting with dianenses executives.

Before the start of the game a respectful minute of silence was kept in memory of the deceased partners, Pepe the Pegolí and Paco Serradell.

From the meeting, mean that it was not good, since both teams were inaccurate when playing the ball with discretion. Santafé and Jordi were cast in the premises, two key pieces in the creative game gear. Josep was the one who took control of the game with Vicent, before a Levant who was not comfortable on the field either.

The positive thing that the local coach took was that his team was barely created occasions. The tactical discipline and especially the pressure prevented that a good set such as the granota could dominate a match that was very even in terms of possession of the ball.

On the last play of the game, a clearance from the local goal, Pedro Prats, crashed into the head of the Levantine striker and the ball ended up inside the Dianense goal. There was no time for anything else, since it was taken off center and the referee signaled the end of the game.

Toni Martí, representing the Martí Family, gave the trophies to the finalist, CD Dénia, and the champion, Levante UD.

The Dianenses are already preparing their last preseason game that will be this Saturday, again, in the Field Diego Mena, where they will receive the visit of Benisanó, team of the First Regional.
