A man of 44 years with a disability of 64 percent and bipolarity has reported that several prostitutes recorded him dancing inside a Dénia dating house without being noticed, and that they have distributed the video by Whatsapp without their consent.
According to the complainant and Efe explains, the events happened last February 14 in a Dénia brothel, although the complaint was not filed by his father until March 30.
Apparently, the victim went to the brothel and one of the girls who exerted there asked him to dance, an act that he recorded without his consent and without the complainant noticing. The complainant has indicated that he has received the video on his personal mobile phone by WhatsApp and has continued that it is on said social network "where it seems to be circulating", although "ignore who could have the same".
The National Police of Denia has identified and located one of the girls involved, taking her testimony as an investigated crime against privacy for the events reported.
The man has explained that in addition, in his visits to the house of appointments, he used to clean the kitchen, the crockery and the areas of the floor that "the women asked him", at the same time that they also lowered garbage and even bought them beer.
In this regard, the woman in charge of the house says that she knows the complainant because "it happened every day" by the floor, but he has assured that he only went to the kitchen to have a drink, without getting to do housework, and that "When he had money the girls did a service". This woman has assured that she does not know the existence of the video and that she does not remember the identity of the women to whom she has rented rooms from her home.
