According to the healthcare itself, "The experience has been more than positive, since it has allowed me to improve the work methodology and clinical analysis systems available in Cameroon". In fact, Ettiene Hubert returned to Cameroon in order to get funding to set up a blood bank at the hospital where he works in Cameroon.
