Many very attractive outdoor spaces have been designed to make the most of the good weather throughout the day and throughout the year. Next to the pool, there is a large shaded outdoor area, generated thanks to the interposition of volumes: everything is absolutely designed so that the volume of the house itself shades in summer and protects from rain in winter.
The interior is very bright due to the large windows and panoramic windows, which also allow you to be connected from within with the wonderful views. In this house everything flows: the clarity of the colors, the clean lines and the timeless design, to live in a harmonious place without stridency. The protagonist is natural light and the incredible surroundings of Altea, nothing more is needed.
One of the most outstanding spaces is the living-dining room, with the pool on one side and the mountain on the other, integrating these two elements into everyday life. The bedrooms, located on the first floor, are very spacious, with large bathrooms and private terraces.
