The components Club Gimnàstica Dénia began the new season in the levels of National Joint Base, Base and Absolute Cup Sets Individual National Championship. Their first competition took place in Almoradi where they reaped significant results.
The youth group Base composed of Ana Mari Gonzalez, Aitana Ferrer, Inés Jiménez, Karina Díaz and Salina El Hamli won the first position after performing their exercise of five tapes. The dianenses were ahead of clubs like Almoradí who was second and Torrepacheco who was third. In individual, Carla Montealegre, managed to win the victory with a tape exercise that he performed masterfully. Laura Mena competed in the category of the youngest with rope exercise, which got the first place on the podium
This same group of gymnasts went on Sunday to contest the Base Cup trophy Alcoy individual and national assemblies Base. In this competition they returned to repeat first place finish in Almoradi, demonstrating its enormous potential despite carrying very little preparation time.
The next challenge will be the regional phase of Base Sets National Championship, Cup and Spain Individual Men's Individual Base. This competition will be this Saturday October 1 in the city of Valencia. At this meeting the girls come in very hopeful to qualify for the National Valladolid.
On the same day, the Valencian Federation will monitor sets to select the absolute level representing the Community in the Copa de la Reina. Dénia Gimnàstica Club Junior presents a set consisting of; Gal.la Gallo, Lourdes MirallesElisabeth Díaz, Zaira More y Paula Pesaresi who for sure will enjoy a lot of experience.
