Last night, the Repsol 2020 Guide to the Soles delivery gala took place. And this, again, confirmed Dénia as a city where every gastronomic proposal is worth visiting for its high level and continuous recognition.
The Sol Repsol is one of the highest Spanish awards to which a restaurant can choose, which would be the Spanish Michelin Star. And if in the Michelin Guide we are already spoiled, with a Dianense restaurant with 3 Stars, the Quique Dacosta, and 4 others recommended by the guide but no star, in the Repsol Guide it was not going to be less.
Up to three restaurants in Dénia, among the 44 of the entire Valencian Community, repeat with their awards. The most prominent, as usual, is the Quique Dacosta Restaurant that maintains its three Repsol Suns, the maximum that a local can opt for. This is followed by two Suns the Peix and Brases restaurant, accompanied, with a Sun, by El Baret de Miquel.
