Three Norwegian students practice in three of the best restaurants in Denia

Since October of 2017, the IES Maria Ibars has coordinated more than 10 student mobility to carry out restoration practices thanks to the project Youth4food: Youth in action for a creative and sustainable gastronomy It is part of UNESCO's Creative City of Gastronomy project.

Within the framework of these mobilities, this week their experiences end three Norwegian students, who from the 20 of March do internships in Origins, Aticook y The Baret Miquel.

These companies have hosted three Norwegian students from the city of Voss, to make their practices in their kitchens and living room, a training where they can learn first hand, our land, our product and our kitchen. The project Youth4food Its main and fundamental axis is the promotion of a creative and sustainable gastronomy aimed at young people, which is why each partner has several training centers to lead this project.
