Next week, the Plenary Session of the Municipal Corporation will put to a vote the presentation to the public of the latest modifications introduced in the General Structural Plan (PGE) based on the Territorial and Strategic Environmental Declaration (DATE) report, issued by the General Directorate of Political Territorial. An update derived, in large part, from regulatory changes.
The document will be exposed to the public for 20 business days, starting the day after the approval of the plenary agreement. All documentation will be posted on the city website and the exhibition procedure will be published to the DOCV. During this period, claims referring to the new modifications will be accepted.
For example, one of the most significant regulatory changes is the regulation of the minimization of the impact of housing on undeveloped land, derived from the modification of the LOTUP in 2019. "That is why we included in the general plan the preparation of a Master Plan for minimization of impacts”, stated the Councilor for Territory, Maria Josep Ripoll.
Once this new process of public presentation of the modifications introduced in the latest version of the Plan has been completed, the latest reports will be requested from the competent institutions on the changes, with which the final version of the Dénia General Plan will be closed, "which we think is It is perfectly feasible to approve this year or in 2023 at the latest”, added Ripoll.
