The Provincial Delegation of Alicante has granted a subsidy of 187.500 euros to the municipality of Dianense so that the improvement works in the Municipal Market can be carried out.
With this money, important works will be undertaken, such as the change of the air conditioning system, the replacement of the two static access doors with automatic ones and the reform of all the lighting. Some improvements that had been demanded by both the sellers through their association and the users themselves.
The amount of this project amounts to some 240.000 euros so it will be the city itself who will have to pay the rest.
Being a nominative aid on behalf of the municipality of Dénia, will be the one who carries out the bidding and the adjudication of the works.
The subsidy is part of the Mercat modernization project carried out by the Department of Commerce and Market as well as the 21 Local Agenda and the commitment that the Provincial Council of Alicante and the city council of Dianense acquired in their day. of Covenant of Mayors.
