Serra laments the state in which acquired the old fish market Dénia

February 03 from 2014 - 00: 00

Councilman Socialist deputy Jordi Serra last week denounced the conditions under which lies the old fish market, whose administrative concession acquired the council last year to transform it into a tourist office.

According to Serra, with this acquisition the town hall "He promised to maintain and act in a building that the Department of Infrastructure has left in deplorable conditions due to lack of maintenance".

Serra regretted that any urgent action that requires this space, which should be reformed by the Trust Plan, should be financed by the municipal coffers.

  1. Jose Carlos says:

This building is so years ago. The council has put this project in the trust plan and is waiting to begin. If Mr. Serra, when he was councilman, had done something today would not be so

  2. Mercedes says:

It's a shame that this building is in these conditions so dire in the fishing port. Last year I read that they would be converted into the Tourist Office, since where they are now is rented, but as always happens nobody does anything.

I do not understand this neglect of the City Council.
