The Dianense triathlete, Sergio Alberola will be present next Sunday in the I Triathlon Can Gandía a test that will be held in the long distance or "Ironman". The test will take place in Playa de Gandía.
Alberola will be accompanied by his five teammates, the Ondara Tri-Esport; Vicent Mallol, Toni Domenech, Joanfe Ribes, Payá and Vicent Pastor Ivan. A tough challenge for Dianense because in a few months has been participating in the Ironman in Copenhagen and Barcelona.
Sunday the appointment will have to cover a first segment 3.800 meters swimming, open water between the beach and the port of Gandia. After passing through box, you must take the bike to cover a plot of 180 kilometers without being able to take the wheel of any other participant. The last segment will be a marathon foot race 42.200 meters which will pass through the area of the beach promenade.
Sergio Alberola one of the great athletes who currently has Dénia, hopes to curdle a good performance in this new challenge that lies ahead.
