Given the latest data on the incidence of the pandemic in the city and the region, and taking into account the forecasts and recommendations of the Public Health department and with the aim of minimizing the risk of contagion among the population, the Dénia City Council has decided to extend the suspension of all acts of municipal organization with the public, cultural and sports activities, as well as workshops and face-to-face activities for Youth and Senior Citizens until January 31.
The trail on Fridays and the market on Mondays on the Torrecremada esplanade remain suspended, at least until the indicated date.
Sports facilities will remain closed and the city's playgrounds will continue to be sealed. Likewise, the closing time of the Torrecremada gardens is kept at 20:XNUMX p.m.
These measures may be extended as the incidence of infections evolves, with attention and adaptation to any regulations or guidelines of state or regional competence that are issued.
From the city council they call on all the residents of Dénia to respect the COVID-19 measures decreed by the Generalitat Valenciana and recommend staying informed of the latest news through official channels.
