After four years at the head of the Local Board Fallera, Jaume Bertomeu and all his team finish their work these days. Just today, Monday 23 March, the Secretary of the Board, Santi Cambra, has officially opened the deadline for nominations to chair.
This deadline will end next April 7. Arrival date, if only one candidacy has been submitted will proceed to the election of the new president. In the event that there are two or more candidates, an election process of ten calendar days will be opened, with the 19 of April the day of the voting.
During these days of transition, the Local Board Fallera be a Management Committee composed of the president, secretary and treasurer, unless any of them concur to the elections. This manager will have authority to make any binding or decisive for the future president of the Local Board Fallera decision.
