The Valencian lawyer, Salvador Gomar, one of the candidates to preside over the Valencian Football Federation, explained his project in Dénia. Gomar spoke with the media about his program in an act that also attended representatives of the Municipal School Grassroots Dénia, CD Paidos and CFS Mar Dénia, all of whom have the right to vote in the elections to be held on September 19.

The candidate explained that he has an extensive and novel program, in which grassroots plays an important role. "We have thought about concrete actions such as the "third time", also a training league. This is very good when it comes to not only training athletes but also people", Pointed out Gomar.
The candidate stressed the importance of the knowledge that parents and clubs have of the services they are given at the base. In his program he will improve the medical area when it comes to assisting players.
Valenta program for women's football
Gomar pointed out the growth that women's football is having in the Comunitat Valenciana and that is why she has prepared a unique program for girls, which she has named Valenta, which will be a global brand of women's football. It is an autonomous entity within the Federation to be able to give impetus and manage in a more agile way everything related to women's football in the Comunitat Valenciana ».
"A specialized committee will be created in women's football that will create an entire area that has never existed before. It will determine many of the measures to promote women's football, such as the creation of an absolute Valencian team that will hold an annual meeting. That meeting will be the culmination of an annual feast of women's football that we want to implement and carry throughout the Community", Pointed out Gomar.
Boosting futsal
The candidate sees the need to give more impulse to futsal, "30 years ago that I played futsal and I realized that everything is the same. I think a radical change is needed, it needs more visibility. More projection is needed in the schools and for this we will create the category Prebenjamín", Gomar explained the creation of its own brand, Futsal Valenciana, in which it is necessary to combine the competitions organized by the Generalitat to those carried out by the Federation, but in order to do so, they must first make an economic study to have their feet on the ground.
He stressed the need to support more clubs in Castellón or Alicante, looking for sponsorships that allow them to make a lower outlay when playing. Above all ask for more respect towards them when it comes to forming the groups of the Second Division B, where they tend to locate them far from the Comunitat Valenciana.
For the training teams will be created new competitions so that the teams do not finish playing in the month of April. Gomar qualified, "This is very necessary since the kids get tired of this situation and what they do is go to play football".
