The Rotary Club of Denia has joined the solidarity initiative promoted by the NGO SED that this Thursday will be presented in Dénia. Talking Drums is a record-book that nationally recognized artists who have put music to the lyrics of the Marist Brother Aureliano Garcia, who has worked for more than eight years as a missionary in Africa participate.
The Dianense club has worked on several occasions in projects with African countries and has wanted to participate in the Marist initiative by acquiring Disco-Libros. As on other occasions, the Club collaborates with non-profit associations and NGOs in the acquisition of solidarity material destined to give to the lecturers who come to the weekly meetings altruistically.
This collaboration is part of the Service Projects and Community Collaboration promotes Rotary as one of its objectives.
Drums talk is presented on Thursday, May 4 in Dénia. The event, free of charge, will be at the Social Center and will feature the participation of the singer Inma Serrano, who has collaborated with the project. The book-cd can be purchased that day at the Social Center for € 15.
