Mena restaurant present at the CDT Valencia round table on "signature cuisine"

Last week, in the center of Valencia CDT course it took place master-class on the rice dishes of Valencia. During the day, various demonstration classrooms where, master chefs, kitchen shared their secrets with attendees were performed.

Some of these teachers were Ernest Miralles or Galbis cook, nationally recognized for having the Guinness record for the largest ever made giant paella for guests 10.000 in 1982.

Together with master-class a round table was also held to talk about the author's cuisine and the rice dishes, in which Diego Mena was present on behalf of restaurant Mena and the city of Denia.
