Two tourists of German nationality between 25 and 30 years old were rescued on the morning of Friday, July 15, by helicopter in the Montgo. Apparently, the couple went on an excursion on Thursday afternoon to La Creueta, but they became disoriented and were forced to call 112 for help around 21:30 p.m.
A team from the Regional Park Fire moved to the area, where they began searching for walkers for about four hours. Once I got with them, and after checking the accumulated fatigue of two people, they provided them with food and drink and decided to wait at dawn to mobilize a rescue helicopter.
Early Friday morning we proceeded to the rescue helicopter, which moved tourists to the County Fire Station in perfect condition.
