The gastronomic book is republished: 'Vademècum de cuina de la Marina Alta'

The Royal Yacht Club of Dénia hosted, this week, the presentation of the reissue of the Vademecum of cuisine of the Marina Alta which has promoted the Dénia Creative City of Gastronomy Foundation. The book is the work of Ángeles Ruiz i Carlos Llorca and was first published in 2003.

In the presentation they intervened, accompanying the author, the mayor of Dénia, Vicent Grimalt, The president of Aehtma, Cristina Sellés, the director of the CdT Marina Alta de Dénia, Pepe Vidal and the director of Gasterra, Josep Bernabéu.
