Raul Hat was the winner of Christmas cards

The fourth grade student at the Maristas school Raúl Sombrero Pérez has won the first prize in the card contest. Christmas called by the Department of Education. Raúl Sombrero's work will become the card with which the Dénia City Council will congratulate Christmas 2015.

The second prize was awarded to the work presented by Miguel Molines But 5.º student of Marist Primary School and the third was for Maria Eugenia Pérez Rieiro, Child alumna 4 years of Cervantes.

The schools Cervantes, Montgó, Pou de la Muntanya, Les Vessanes, Llebeig, Raquel Payá, Maristas, Sacred heart, Paidos and Alpha & Omega.

The awards and diplomas took place in the auditorium of the school Llebeig attended by the Councilor for Education, Pepa Sivera.

The event was also presented the awards competition of nativity scenes in schools that convenes Education and this year has won the Cervantes school "by the atmosphere, composition, creativity and innovation" assembly.

The second prize went to the nativity scene Marist College San Juan Bautista "for his art, architecture and processing of materials". Third, "innovation and creativity", has been awarded the Bethlehem school Llebeig.

Along with the three awards, a certificate of participation to schools Les Vessanes, Raquel Payà, Montgó and Pou de la Muntanya was granted.

The first prizes of both calls, cards and nativity scenes, received a redeemable check for school materials and books. Tickets were also distributed for the ice skating rink installed in Baleària Port to all school children who obtained a diploma.

The jury for both competitions has been composed by the Councilor for Education, Pepa Sivera, and graduates in Fine Arts Susana García and Ruiz Muñoz Roser.
