What is Qvilat?
Behind Qvilat Alba Lull is a Dianense young Fine Arts graduate who works in the family business. And besides, Alba designs jewelery with personality, unique and affordable to all sectors. It all started a few years ago when he first traveled to India and discovered, with the help of a family friend, the world of handmade jewelry, colored stones and flooding the country. Fascinated by this new world, he accepted the challenge of being the representative of Indian jewelery firm in Spain and Europe, but the pieces, very baroque, did not meet domestic demand.
So with the bug jewelry on the body and the possibility of having professional advice, he decided to embark on a solo adventure: create your own jewelery brand. Thus he was born Qvilat, A personal line that from that moment became his most exciting challenge.
Jewelry Qvilat They are pieces made by Indian artisan jewelers, who carve the stones by hand, and pass strict quality controls until they reach the hands of each client. The importance in each piece is acquired by the stone, which is what really fascinates Alba from the world of jewelry. Quartz, chalcedony, onyx, topaz, amethyst ... are the true protagonists of each created collection.
Collections can not be more personal, because besides showing part of its essence, acquire meaningful names for the designer herself: Jasmina model, in honor of his sister; Lola, Patricia o Cecilia models, reminding important women in his life; or Marineta or Rotes models, remembering some of your favorite places.
Alba currently works in the collections of the new season, and does so with the support of people who have crossed the road to stay. Her friend Patricia Motilla, professional make-up artist that is present in their photo shoots; the photographer Dianense Vicente Javier Díaz and now also supported by Marieta Berenguer.
