The chef awarded three Michelin stars at his restaurant in Denia, Quique Dacosta, He has recently unveiled its latest editorial work: the book Tapas with Quique Dacosta, Which offers an experiential and gustatory tour Mercatbar, Vuelve Carolina, Quique Dacosta El Poblet restaurant in Denia.
This paper is the fifth book published Dacosta, this time with the Grijalbo publishing, and includes recipes 80, 20 of each of the concepts currently offered in each of its restaurants. Tapas in the chef Quique Dacosta offers a journey "that delights gastronomy lovers". Dacosta has had the collaboration of actor Juan Echanove, a great fan and understanding gastronomy who wrote the book's foreword recognizing the same "I am from Dacosta".
During the book launch, which took place at his restaurant El Poblet in Valencia, Dacosta said "I wanted to take this gastronomic journey around the cover to paper, being faithful to my principles since the books have given me everything and I want to give it back. With this work I also try to encourage people to cook, and it serves both for cooking enthusiasts and professionals ".
