Quique Dacosta takes his kitchen to Austria for a month

The Michelin three-star chef Quique Dacosta has inaugurated its gastronomic proposal designed exclusively for Ikarus, the two Michelin star restaurant located in hangar 7, a magical place in the airport of Salzburg that for a month will have the collaboration of the Spanish chef.

The menu, which has twelve passes among which stand out great classics of the Quique Dacosta career as Cubalibre de foie grass, What was first: Parmesan stones, has as its fundamental basis the creativity and the enhancement of the product. In this way, the chef and his team put into practice an enriching experience that has already been tackled by world-class chefs such as Grant Achatz, Sergio Herman, Jordi Roca and Harald Wohlfahrt, among others.

Dacosta, who in these months is immersed in a European tour through the different territories and cultures, cooking with some of the most relevant chefs at an international level, continues in this way bringing his cuisine and his culinary roots to all territories.
